SOS Family Intake Form

Please be patient with response times. We do expect any families that we come in contact with to be open to meeting with a local affiliate of Saving Our Sisters. SOS makes periodic updates to their social media accounts regarding families we assist. SOS will not share any of your information or pictures without your permission. SOS will never contact anyone about you or your situation without your knowledge and express written permission. SOS reserves the right to sever ties with a mother/family if decisions are being made that do not put the safety of mom and her children first.

If you are having suicidal thoughts or are feeling like you want to harm yourself or your baby – immediately call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room. We are an all volunteer organization and are not acting as therapists, mental health providers or attorneys.

Please allow at least 1 week for us to respond. We prioritize pregnant persons with closer due dates and urgent situations such as revocations.

Also, the more information you provide explaining your situation will help us expedite to get the appropriate resources and information to you.
